Junior Private Equity & M&A Associate

Our client is a leading Belgian law firm with an international reach, looking to strengthen its Corporate M&A practice.

• Advising on M&A and Private Equity transactions, from structuring to post-acquisition
• Assisting with tax due diligence (buy-side & sell-side)
• Supporting the structuring of investment vehicles, VC & PE funds
• Working on management incentive plans and equity-based schemes
• Collaborating with international tax advisors on cross-border transactions
• Contributing to know-how sharing, publications, and client events

• Experience: Junior profile (lawyer-trainee or 1–3 years' experience) with a strong interest in M&A / Private Equity
• Languages: Fluent Dutch and English (French is a strong asset)
• Qualifications: Master's degree in Law + additional qualification in Tax Law
